What time does the event begin?

The gates open 12:00 p.m.  /  Show begins at 1:00  p.m.
 

Where do I park?

There is plenty of street parking around the amphitheater. The optimum parking spots will be on Nolan Street & Vaux Avenue (North side of the amphitheater) or W. Lake Drive (Southwest side of the amphitheater). 
NOTE: A.P.EX and CSD will not be responsible for lost valuables, damages to your vehicle or if car is towed for illegal parking. 
 

V.I.P. vs Lawn Seating?

There is really no bad seat in the house, but if you prefer a more up close and personal view of the performers, then VIP seating is the ticket. You will be seated at a table with complimentary access to the Hospitality tent (which includes a Charcuterie Meal Box and free wine (red or white).

If you like a more organic feel to the event, you can choose lawn seating where you can bring your own low back fold our chair or blanket to sit on. Small umbrellas are allowed for middle lawn seating. Pop up tents are only allowed around the outer perimeter of the lawn area to prevent blocking the view of those with low back chairs or blankets.

Small coolers with snacks will be allowed, but no outside alcohol will be permitted. All bags and coolers are subject to search.

Will food be served?

Yes. There will be plenty of Food Trucks and Food Vendors set up right outside of the Amphitheater on Mumford Court.
 

Will alcohol be served?

Yes. A Wine & Spirits Garden will be onsite for everyone over 21 to enjoy. 
 

Will smoking be allowed? 

There will be no smoking of any kind allowed on the event grounds. Patrons will be asked to exit the grounds and smoke outside in designated areas. 
 

Will pets be allowed into the event? 

No pets will be allowed into the event. Only verified service dogs will be allowed to assist disabled patrons.
 

Can children attend? 

People of all ages are welcome to attend. 
 

Are there Sponsor and Vendor opportunities?
